1. Custom Product Orders

All products are made to order based on your uploaded images and selected device model.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details before checkout.


2. Uploaded Content

You must own or have permission to use any images or content you upload.
We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.


3. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is due at the time of order via our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship within 5 business days from order approval.
Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.


5. Cancellations & Changes

Because each case is custom-made, we begin production shortly after the order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering at: support@DIYcaseprinter.com

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Macomb County.
