At DIY Phone Case, we want you to cherish your unique creations, so while we can’t offer refunds for custom designs based on personal preference, we stand by our promise to ensure your satisfaction and will gladly assist with replacements for any items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle orders placed through our website — whether they are direct purchases or prize redemptions via a coupon code.

🏆 Prize Redemptions (Coupon Winners)

  • These items were won, not purchased, and therefore carry no cash value.
  • Coupon codes used to redeem prizes are single-use, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • No monetary refund or exchange will be provided for prize-based redemptions.
  • If your prize arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

🛒 Direct Purchases (Standard Orders)

  • Because each item is custom-printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to personal preference or incorrect phone model selection.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund if:
    • The item arrives damaged
    • There’s a clear print error
    • You received the wrong product
  • To request a replacement/refund:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom cases where the wrong model was selected during checkout
  • Used or visibly worn items
  • Cases returned without prior approval

📦 Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the user. Please ensure all information is accurate at checkout.
