What phone models do you support for custom cases?
We currently offer custom cases for a wide range of models including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices. You can view the full list of supported models during the selection process on our product page.
What type of images can I upload for my custom case?
You can upload high-resolution images in JPG, PNG, or HEIC formats. For best results, we recommend using bright, clear photos that are at least 1000×1000 pixels. Most photos will exceed this minimum.
Will the image be printed exactly as I upload it?
Yes, your image will be printed as submitted. You’ll have the opportunity to preview and adjust placement using our design tool before checkout.
Can I use a copyrighted image?
We can only print images you own the rights to or have permission to use. Copyrighted or trademarked content (like movie logos or brand names) will not be accepted unless you can provide proof of authorization.
How long does it take to receive my custom phone case?
Production typically takes 2–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after production.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each case is custom-made, we begin production shortly after the order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of ordering at: support@DIYcaseprinter.com
What if my case arrives damaged or with a print error?
If your case is damaged or there’s an issue with the print, simply contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily provide a free replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts or corporate branding?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for bulk orders and branded designs for businesses. Please contact our sales team for custom quotes and templates.
Are the cases protective or just decorative?
Our cases combine both protection and style. They are made from durable TPU or polycarbonate materials to help guard against scratches and light drops.
